Purpose: to get in touch with you to handle your request and assess whether our services fit your needs.

Purpose: to provide the contracted services, manage billing, and comply with our legal obligations.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
d) Website measurement and advertising
Data: aggregated browsing data (pages viewed, visit source, device type) and, only if you give consent, a cookie identifier that lets us attribute your visit to an advertising campaign.
Purpose: to understand what content is of interest and which campaigns bring relevant visits, so we don't spend budget where it doesn't work.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding aggregated, anonymous use of the site (art. 6.1.f) for cookie-free measurement; and your consent (art. 6.1.a) for Google Analytics and Google Ads, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie policy.
The detail of what gets installed in each case is in the cookie policy. Until you accept, no measurement or advertising cookie is installed.

- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop writing to you.
- Clients: during the contractual relationship and, once it ends, for the legal limitation periods (generally six years for commercial matters and four for tax matters).
- Measurement data: the aggregated, anonymous data, for as long as the site is active. Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, for the period shown in the cookie policy for each one.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessed by the providers who act as our data processors — web hosting, email, internal management tools, and, where applicable, the newsletter sending platform — always under a contract that obliges them to process it strictly under our instructions.
For measurement and advertising, Cloudflare, Inc. (cookie-free analytics) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you give consent) are involved.
We may also share data with public authorities, courts, and tribunals when there is a legal obligation to do so.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the standard contractual clauses it has approved, with any additional safeguards that may be required.

- Restriction: ask us to restrict processing while a claim is resolved.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdrawing consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise them, write to us at info@riquezadigital.es stating which right you want to exercise. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have not properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.
